We’re back with some healthy and good tasting recipes to make your own protein snacks. Throw away that calorie packed, artificial flavored cookie and get you some healthy home-made bars, cookies and pancakes.   If you’ve missed our part 1 in this series you should have a look at the best and easiest made protein bars in our former article. Trust me, you won’t ever regret making one of those. They’re easy, healthy, fast and full of protein.   We’ll start with a new protein bar recipe because a friend of me trusted me his “secret” recipe. I can’t but help telling you about this because it’s just that good. Just so everyone will understand : 1 cup = 250ml   1. The Chocolate Creation Bar (also known as the #1 of protein snacks) – 1 cup oats – 1/2 cup protein powder (chocolate, vanilla or unflavored) – 1/4 cup cocoa powder – 1/2 cup + 1/4 cup chopped pecans – 1/2 cup + 1/4 cup shredded coconut – 1 tsp vanilla extract – 1/2 tsp salt – Add water as needed (up to 1/4 cup) – 2 tbsp cacao nibs or chocolate chips This will get you around 12 bars.
